We loved the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk from a major transportation hub. The staff were helpful and friendly, and they even allowed us to store our luggage before check-in. The breakfast facilities were good with a tasty selection of options. The room was spacious and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. The shower was clean and had great water pressure. we would recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.

Friendly reception, especially Madee. Free internet, substantial continental breakfast with fresh fruit. Close to Victoria Station and coach station. Convenient for disabled persons.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with key transportation hubs and popular attractions within a short walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the variety and quality of the breakfast options offered.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with mold in the bathroom and overall lack of cleanliness. the beds were uncomfortable and in need of replacement.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, being right next to the train station and within walking distance of Victoria Station. This makes it easy to access various tourist locations and attractions. it's about a 20-minute walk to Buckingham Palace, allowing families to explore the iconic landmark at their leisure.

One downside is the limited space in the breakfast room, which can result in longer queues during peak times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! First of all, the location was absolutely perfect. It's right behind Victoria station, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city center. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests or questions I had. The room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a working table where I could get some work done. I even had an extra child's bed for my little one, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the breakfast provided a great start to my day with multiple options to choose from, and the espresso machine made delicious coffee.
